Primitive Technology Book

Primitive Technology is a selection of how to instructionals from Dr. Errett Callahan, founder and first president of the Society of Primitive Technology.  A pioneering experimental archaeologist, Dr. Callahan has spent over 50 years testing the fields of stone tools, pottery, bowmaking, and basketry.  These articles are selected from rare and widely scattered publications, and are put together here for general guidlines for those interested in primitive technology.  Included are many odds and ends that are just not included in other books, such as hafting and records of real use in the field.  (see Table of Contents above)
